Dragon Scale Studios is a Game Development studio based in Cardiff, Wales, developing our first game and own IP Set Sail! A 4-Player, Couch Co-op, Pirate Party Adventure. The core team studied together at the University of South Wales games design and art courses, with a focus on collaborative projects and industry simulation. This means we have gained a range of valuable skills and experience that we have applied to the forming of our studio and can take in to our work for hire potential. Our team balance has been strong since day one and we always look to fill skills gaps with new talent, with a focus on supporting students and graduates who may struggle to get into the industry. Our eye for project management means we can balance our own in-house work alongside work for hire, and our passion for communication and creative working means we love to get to know the people as much as the projects.
