I used Maya for the initial blockout of the main shapes.
Mavelous Designer for for base of clothes, then used Zbrush to add thickness and details
Hard surface parts were made in Maya.
Retopology done in Maya - verts match on all overlapping objects for optimal skinning/deformation
Bakes done in Marmoset Toolbag
