Payment requests can be made at anytime and the CGHero Team will process these on Wednesday’s each week. There may be some instances where we are able to process these sooner.

What does "Payment Pending" mean on that project I have been accept to do?

This means that you have been accepted for the job, but CGHero has not received payment from the client. We would recommend artists do not commence work on any projects until the payment has been received for the project. CGHero is unable to provide any protection for any loss made before payment has been received.

I have submitted a quote, why haven't I heard anything back yet?

When a quote is received, the client has the decision to Accept, Reject, or do neither. Your quote will typically only be rejected if the client does not feel it is suitable for the project and does not wish to proceed. If you are not contacted, this is perfectly normal. Typically, you will only be contacted by the client if they are interested in working with you on their project.
