We currently support the following payment methods:
* Faster Payments are available to eligible UK bank account holders only
To request funds to be send to your account you will need to click on the “Withdraw Funds” section in the left hand menu bar on the dashboard. From here, you will then need to click the “Withdraw Money” button which will allow you to add the amount you wish to withdraw and click “Withdraw”.
We do not charge fees for PayPal, Payoneer or standard UK bank transfers (faster payments when applicable). However, fees may be charged for receiving or withdrawing funds from your account.
UK CHAPS payments can be requested at an additional cost of £35 (GBP). This payment method guarantees your funds to arrive the same day. This option is only available to UK residents with a UK bank account.
Payments to international bank accounts are subject to fees of $32.27. Additional costs may be incurred by your local bank. It is important to check with them before receiving an international payment. Please also make sure that your bank information is correct as additional costs and delays may occur if the information is incorrect.
Payment requests can be made at anytime and the CGHero Team will process these on Wednesday’s each week. There may be some instances where we are able to process these sooner.
This means that you have been accepted for the job, but CGHero has not received payment from the client. We would recommend artists do not commence work on any projects until the payment has been received for the project. CGHero is unable to provide any protection for any loss made before payment has been received.
When a quote is received, the client has the decision to Accept, Reject, or do neither. Your quote will typically only be rejected if the client does not feel it is suitable for the project and does not wish to proceed. If you are not contacted, this is perfectly normal. Typically, you will only be contacted by the client if they are interested in working with you on their project.
