Sales Manager

Manchester, UK,Full Time. £25k-£35k DOE

You’ll be working closely with the team to accelerate the CGHero sales to meet our customer acquisition goals. As a startup, you will be coming in on the ground floor with a clean slate and able to build the sales strategies that will help take us into the stratosphere .


  • Implementing and testing sales strategies that help us to reach our target customer base in a meaningful way.
  • Building long-lasting and strong client relationships.
  • Understanding the needs for our clients, working with the team to ensure that we providing services that match these needs.
  • Present realistic sales and revenue forecasts to the team.
  • Identify emerging markets and aware of new products and competitive services.


  • Successful previous experience in sales with a proven track for improving sales growth.
  • Working with sales tools and pipelines - Salesforce, Hubspot, etc
  • Generating and cultivating leads in a proven sales funnel.
  • Highly motivated with a deep passion for sales.
  • Clear communication both to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Get stuck in to solve problems, break log jams and move forwards.

Bonus points:

  • 3D industry expertise with a black book of industry contacts.
  • Familiar with sales automation and lead generation tools.

CGHero was founded in July, 2016 by lifelong friends and 3D industry professionals, Chris Lawrence and Jonathan Lloyd.
