CG Supervisor

Manchester, UK,Full Time. £30k-£50k DOE

As a member of the production team, you will be involved with important decision-making and execution of the entire CG production pipeline / workflows. You will have a collaborative and team mindset, bringing together artists from around the world to deliver cutting-edge CG content for a huge range of clients. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects at scale, on sometimes very tight deadlines.

We are a lean team, which will provide you opportunities to present directly to management. Your impact will be felt immediately!

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing the technical, artistic pipeline and workflow of a production.
  • Designing and implementing tools used in production.
  • Assisting management with budgets and timescales for production.
  • Developing off-the-shelf packaged solutions for common requested CG projects.
  • Assisting our network of Heroes with technical and artistic questions.
  • Designing and supervising the creation of CG imagery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related work experience in a studio environment in a Senior or Lead role.
  • Portfolio of work managed and produced under your supervision with proven track record of delivering project within deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring your team to deliver amazing results.
  • Clear communication both to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Get stuck in to solve problems, break log jams and move the project forwards.

Bonus points:

  • Managed remote teams of artists in multiple timezones.
  • Experience building automated workflows.
